Shipping charges listed on our website are for UK Mainland only, and exclude Offshore Islands & Northern Irelands, and Scottish Islands. If you are in these places, please contact us to with your order requirements and complete address to discuss delivery charges
We offer free delivery on orders placed through our website with order value totaling £40 or over excluding VAT.
Please make sure you have provided correct address details when placing the order as we cannot be held liable for item not delivered due to incorrect information provided by you.
After you have placed the order though our website, we will process your order as quickly as possible, and usually this should be within two days. We work Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays, and orders placed over the weekend or overnight will be processed from the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your invoice attached that we have processed the item.
Items listed on our website are also available to order from other online marketplaces, if we are unable to send your ordered items, we will contact you to discuss the available options such as when we these items will be restocked. if we are unable to send you the items then we will cancel the order and refund you the amount.
Once despatched your goods will normally be delivered within 3 working days, however these delivery and lead times are not binding.
Once the items are delivered to you, please ensure there are no signs of damage and notify us immediately via support@mmgoods.uk along with photos of the damage clearly showing and order number.
You should not accept the delivery if you suspect there is a significant damage to the package.
